Mission Base Nakonde
Established in 2012, Mission Base Nakonde, located on the remote northern border of Zambia and Tanzania, has been a source of inspiration and practical solutions for the Namwanga people of Northern Zambia. This comprehensive hub encompasses the Home of Hope orphanage, a K-8th grade private school, a local church, a Bible school, and housing for the staff and families of L3 ministries.

HOME OF HOPE
At the heart of our mission base lies the Home of Hope orphanage, providing a nurturing and secure environment for vulnerable children. Since its inception, the orphanage has been a beacon of love and care, offering a brighter future to those who need it the most.
PRIVATE SCHOOL
Education is the key to empowerment, and our private school at Mission Base Nakonde is dedicated to providing quality education from kindergarten to 8th grade. We believe in equipping the children with the knowledge and skills they need to overcome challenges and build a better future.
LOCAL CHURCH
Our mission extends beyond the physical to the spiritual, and our local church serves as a spiritual anchor for the community. It's a place of worship, fellowship, and guidance, fostering a sense of community and shared values among the Namwanga people.
BIBLE SCHOOL
Knowledge and understanding of faith are crucial elements of personal growth. The Bible school at our mission base is committed to deepening the spiritual understanding of individuals, empowering them to become leaders and influencers in their community.
STAFF HOUSING
We recognize the importance of community and support in our mission. The housing provided at Mission Base Nakonde is not just accommodation; it's a close-knit community where staff and their families can live, work, and collaborate in their shared dedication to the mission.
Mission Base Kabwe
NEW EXPANSION, VISION UNFOLDING
In November 2023, a significant milestone was achieved as L3 International acquired 5 acres of prime land in Zambia's central province, nestled in the bustling town of Kabwe. This strategic move marks the realization of a long-standing vision to establish a second mission base and Home of Hope strategically positioned between the key population centers of Lusaka and the Copperbelt region.
The new facility in Kabwe represents our commitment to extending our reach and impact across Zambia. This expansion is not merely a geographical move; it's a bold step towards addressing specific needs in the heart of the country. The central location of Kabwe allows us to be a catalyst for change in a region that bridges urban and industrial areas.

The cornerstone of this expansion is the establishment of a home for children under 4 whose mothers are incarcerated. This facility will provide a nurturing and supportive environment for these young ones, offering them a stable foundation for growth and development.
OFFICE SPACE
The new base will house dedicated office space for the ministry at large. This centralized location will enhance our operational efficiency, enabling us to coordinate and implement our mission's initiatives more effectively.
WAREHOUSE
A crucial aspect of our mission involves outreach and crusades. To support these efforts, our new base will feature a warehouse to store and service our crusade truck and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition for impactful outreach activities.
STAFF HOUSING
Recognizing the importance of a dedicated and passionate team, we are incorporating housing facilities for our staff. This not only fosters a sense of community but also ensures that our team is well-supported in their commitment to serving others.
